Got a great deal on a gift card for my wife for a Christmas gift!
A total rip-off, their front desk staff and clueless as to how to use their computer system. The staff in the back are okay but not very knowledgeable about massage, certainly not like they try to convince you they are. They take their time getting started and try and get out off the table as quickly as possible. The parking lot is always empty and now I know why.
Missed up the appointment that I wanted as a gift for my wife. And the front desk had nothing to say other than "can't fix it" not even sorry for the inconvenience. WOW just WOW
