Thanks for FUSING my rear disc break calipers to the frame of my e-bike so I can't make adjustments, repairs or properly maintain it anymore!
If you guys want to discriminate against those who have e-bikes, that's not okay - but you should at least tell me straight up that you don't want me in your shop and I wouldn't have let you permanently damage my equipment out of spite. I understand now that everyone there is trained to hate anyone representing a brand not found in the store, but it's just plain unfair to tell me by damaging my equipment when I had only contacted you for help!! :(

I bought a bike a few days ago from Hall Bikes. They had to build it before I took it home. Before they called me to report that it was done, I called them to return the bike. (Due to a back injury, I have to get a recumbent bike.) Even though they told me there was a 30 day return policy, they tried to charge me $60. This seemed dishonest. Plus they said that they don't want my business again because I don't understand bikes and what it takes to put them together. So I pointed out that the bike had never left their store and they can sell it to another customer. They then reluctantly gave me a full refund. While they were nice when I was buying a bike, they got upset when I returned it. Not a good experience.
But if you have some flashy brand or any of their bicycles, I'm sure they'll be warm and welcoming to you! Since they didn't recognize the manufacturer of my ebike they decided to mess up my investment. Not cool!
