Don't go it'll take your money
I just have to say this carwash has really improved!! I love how my car looked after the wash. No spots and the vacuums work great. Thank you for an awesome wash!! If you haven't washed your car here you need too!
I work for a construction company and took my company vehicle there to wash it. I have washed it at other locations in town and have NEVER spent over $15 to wash it even at it's muddiest. I stopped by this wash today and am not pleased. I used my company card to pay. It took $4 to start and run for 8 minutes. The pressure was poor and choppy, the result of a busted o-ring in the power washer. So after wasting $4 and 8 minutes I switched bays. The second bay had excellent pressure and I thought things were going to pan out. After the second initial $4 charge to start and run 8 minutes, you swipe again for (what is stated on the machine) $1 for an additional 2 minutes. After swiping my card 6 more times for 12 minutes I noticed I wasn't getting a full 2 minutes per swipe as advertised. I was only getting 1 minute and 46 seconds. That sounds like a small amount to worry about but it adds up after several swipes. I wasn't going to leave partially washed so I decided to finish washing there. After $20 the machine won't accept any further payments from a card and I wasn't even close to being finished. So I had to spend an additional $5 of my own money to finish washing the truck. In total it cost $25 at this location to wash a truck I usually get clean in under $15. I've called the number twice and it keeps going to voicemail for some other number. Poor facility and poor management. I will never do business here again.
The equipment never works. Different times there has been no soap. Today the card readers did not work and then I tried quarters and it would not take my money. It is almost like they don't want my money or business. I am going to go elsewhere for now on.
I understand that sometimes car washes don't work due to a number of reasons, but when your customers call your line of business first off you need to have you're voicemail set-up, also call your customers back, and don't answer and hang up. I was ripped off twice by their cash machines today. If that $5 is more important to you than your customers than so be it! I will never come back and don't bother calling me back!
