Doctor seemed to have a cold personality, didn't know what my condition was....to the point he got a medical book and asked me if what i had resembled the picture. He showed me nothing more than what I already searched from the internet. Office was not very clean, with small stains on the floor and examination table. . On top of the almost 2 hours waiting time past my scheduled appointment.
Dr. Wollner and his staff are wonderful, they take time and listen. We have been very please with them.
I saw the Doctor approximately 1 hour after my scheduled time. Waiting room was old, crowded, and smelled odd with no TV on at the time. His communication skills were average or below, manner was dry, although he did handle my situation in an acceptable manner. I wouldn't go back to his office.
Dr. Wollner was on vacation, so we saw his substituting dermatologist. She did a biopsy and was rightly concerned about the possible presence of melanoma. While this wasn't happy news, my husband was able to have the surgery in time. Get your moles checked and see a dermatologist often! Melanoma can be deadly, and is on the rise.
Excellent ! Been with him for 7-8 years and have had several skin cancer related problems and he has been great.
