I visited the 16th Ave store today. I visit the 51st St location; so I was a fish out of water. Walked around a couple times and heard the 5 min call. An employee spotted me, and asked if I could use some help. He walked me around and helped me get all the items on my list. Thank you!!!

Great experience. I couldn't find what I needed, but two kind staff members helped me look, even checking other stores for stock. Turns out it was recently discontinued, but when we couldn't find it, they helped me find a similar product.
