This place is a rip off they gave me over 1k less than what i needed to fix my vehicle. This was after one of their people rear-ended me. They gave me the run around for 2 weeks! I would not want anyone i know having to stress out after an accident... This was the agent that shoud have done all the footwork to take care of me. Instead referred me to an 800 number. Real personable.
Shawn and his team are top notch! They are so quick to respond whenever I have a question and take the extra time to thoroughly explain the details.
