Pizza Huts around the globe could take a lesson from these guys, you can crap on Pizza Hut, but don't crap on the one on J Street.
Ordered one just now from my usual spot that I have been ordering from over half a year now, J Street, Cedar Rapids, and found a lot of reviews to be down right 'off'.
Quick delivery. Friendly people. Great specials. Inexpensive.
I realize Pizza Hut is not known for it's quality or options but it's not to say it taste's like a shoe either. It's a good 'staple' in my book, most people I know have something to say about other pizza chains, but put Pizza Hut on the table and I never hear complaints.
Over ten pizzas I've either had delivered / carry-out and not a single time do I have an issue, even when I could have claimed a 'free pizza' due to one of their house rules, I decided against it, because they're good people and they're worth the money, considering how cheap Pizza Hut is anyways.
My last 10+ orders from here have all been messed up and they do nothing to correct or solve the problem. Refuse to get pizza now from pizza hut because this is the only one that delivers to my house :(
Rude person on phone kept hanging up on me when I asked to get a pizza delivered I'm.pregnant never calling this establishment again (Jacob ) was rude over phone and kept hanging up on me it was around 12:35am when this happened rude employees run off good paying customers.
I've never had a single problem with this location. I've actually had some of the best service from these guys! All three drivers I've met have all been super nice and awesome. Pizza is always hot and fresh, with good toppings.
