I first went to Athletico over 20 years in a Chicago suburb and highly recommended the experience. When I found out I needed PT after a recent surgery and found out Athletico was in Cedar Rapids, near my house, I had to try it. I was not disappointed one bit. Same great experience with a high quality caring staff. The only difference was their faces.
Athletico has grown a lot over the years, however, they not just opening a lot of locations fast, but, opening quality locations in a controlled process.
After being treated at multiple specialty clinics which included three rounds of physical therapy my orthopedic surgeon recommended Cassie in an attempt to avoid more surgery. I have nothing but great things to say about her and Kirk. They are both well educated, friendly and developed a great relationship with me. They understand that not all patients are created equally some of us need a little more time and attention which they always gave me. They also understand that pain isn't just physical it's mental and were always there when I needed them. I would recommend Cassie and her team to all of my family and friends and would go back to her if ever necessary.
Very professional, and great service. They spend the time with me I need and explain things in great detail. Also, answer my questions very thoroughly. I am very happy to be receiving my treatment from them, and if I need PT for anything else in the future I will be sure to return.
I have tried other PT locations in town, however, they are not as good as Athletico.
Absolutely the best staff! Courteous friendly outgoing staff. They greeted you when you walked in the door. First visit went well especially they listened to what you had to say. I just can not say enough about the staff. If you need PT this is the place for you. Cassie and Kirk are very patient understanding and very professional. They took time while working with you to get to know you definitely not just another number. Scheduling was great they worked hard to fit your schedule. Thank you for getting my shoulder back!
