It’s Dec. 20, 2017, just over a month later and water is backing up into my basement again. Same as before. This time I called Rotorooter and they charged me $107.00 to auger my line out. Grant it they did not run a camera but if they needed to it would have been under $300 for everything. HALF THE PRICE OF BENJAMIN FRANKLIN. Plus Rotorooter guarantees their work for 6 months. Benjamin Franklin? No guarantees. I feel cheated and scammed and will never use Benjamin Franklin ever again. I have also told friends and family to never go through this company. NEVER AGAIN.
I had Benjamin Franklin come on Nov. 13, 2017 to clear a blockage in the main sewer line running to the street. While they were here I learned I had roots in my pipes because of how old they were and the material they were made out of. They snaked the line with an auger and ran a camera down the line and told me everything was fine. Blockages were clear. Total bill? $629.70 to be exact. Just for angering my line and running a camera. Breaks down like this. Service fee: $68.50 Camera: $338.00 Auger: $182.00. Tax. $41.20 TOTALING $629.70!!
Glenn was super friendly, knowledgeable, and not pushy. We could have talked to him all day :)! Got a quote for a full bathroom remodel after having a few concerns looked at. Gave us options, pricing, and advice. Great employee!
Unfortunately have needed their help a few times at bad times. Sunday night water heater failure. Saturday warranty service a few years later on same, main pipe clean out on a Thursday morning with less than 2 hour notice. Every time quick. Seriously, under 2 hours! Every time great on the phone. Every time great on site.
