Rude management, price is always rising, rude help carlos the maintenance guy should not be trusted around little girls I witnessed him checking them out all the time almost had a physical altercation with him over it. people walk all over your property all day and night caught my old neighbor having sex with another neighbor behind my shed at 2am, they make you jump thru hoops to live here but theres convicts on the main drag at the front of the park. alcoholics and drug users galore if they arent then their old nosey people. people will stop and take pictures of you, your wife and kids everything outside its quite disturbing! say you come home late the old guy down the street will drive in circles around your vehicle till you get out and go inside not a good place to live for the price theres better safer options ps nobody drives the speed limit Ive personally seen kids doing 80 in the winter drifting up and down rows of streets cmon 80mph in a damn trailer park what if they loose control trailers have no foundation. Also noticed lots of the trailers ive been in here have roaches something to be weary of no matter how clean you live if you have dirty alcoholic druggy neighbor their bugs can easily make it into your trailer.
Pricing lot rent continues to esculate, almost $400 a month without any improvements and no decent customer services. They aren't willing to give a discount if you pay for the whole year. They want renters in there, but just like Direct TV and everything else, the renters aren't omportant, but their potential renters gets the goodies.

Seems like a great area to live. Homes are nice and yards are well kept. It's been very quiet every time I've been to see my sister, and there's a private swimming pool for the tenants.
A clean trailer court. It's quiet and peaceful most you'd have to worry about is kids playing outside having fun. Play ground located in the front and a pool as well. 24 hour fitness center for occupants to enjoy.
