Bad customer service.Went today to buy a pair of running shoes.was never acknowledged.Never a mention of "I will be with you in a minute"nothing.I left
I highly recommend seeing them to get fitted if you have issues with your feet and pain with running or walking.
I have bad feet due to injuries that weren't caught that led to surgery years after the fact. So, I'm still working on repairing joint mechanics of my bad foot and require good shoes. I was switching out my shoes when they start to hurt me (worn out), ended up with a bad shoe choice a couple months ago and the shoes (Nike) wore out in less than half the time my Saucony shoes wore out.

Staff is very knowledgeable & it's about the customer being happy & getting what they want & need, not just a sale. If you have questions they will find the answer if they don't know it themselves. Awesome place!!! Highly recommend Brian he knows what he's doing!

The staff is wonderful and listened to my injury history and description of pain I was having. The two months before this I wasn't able to walk a full mile without pain because I didn't realise the Nike shoes wore out so quickly. The staff got me into a Brooks shoe and I was able to run 2 miles, completely pain free that day.
