No business is perfect, but this was easy.
So basically, if you want this location, go with Hilltop Storage. Don't even mess with this guy.
Follow up: Thank you to the previous reviewer! I called Hilltop Storage as well. He met me in 30 minutes and we had all the paperwork signed in about 5! He was super nice and told me he had heard the guy that owns Affordable Self Storage is a jerk. He said he's had multiple women show up at Hilltop Storage crying because of the Affordable Self Storage guy. Affordable Storage never called me back even though I ended up calling him five times.
I wish I could rate this place under one star. Horrible service. 24 hour phone? Ha no way. I called the day before I move, and the owner tells me "I'm not in my office." Now, the day of my move, I have called three times to try and set up an appointment to fill out the paperwork before I move in. He has not answered once AND his voicemail is full so I cannot even do that. (Although, judging from the other review, it doesn't seem like I would get a speedy reply.)
I used this location for 2 months for all my living room furniture and electronics during a remodel.Unit was clean and dry, , security was great with code key access to a a fenced in area. I would use them again should the need arise.
I had no problems at all with Affordable Storage. I was able to rent my unit online and take care of all the paperwork from home, including signing the lease. It was quick and simple and I was able to move in right away.
My significant other has several units and have great service. Never experienced any bugs. Owner has always come when we called. Good place!!
