I visited the 33rd Ave location only because my friends grandson wanted McDonalds. I seriously would have gone to another location without a problem, but he wanted it now, so we went here.
I don't know how this establishment is when it's not busy, but I came in during a rush and it was not well equipped for it. Cashier was slow and half of the menu wasn't displayed on the TV's. Manager was very nice though!
I could go on, but not worth it. Best solution for this location is to close this McDonalds down as it’s an embarrassment to the company and the city of Cedar Rapids alike!
Absolute rubbish. I ordered a 20 piece nugget and i only received 12... 12! Are you serious? Not to mention they screwed up my shake too.This has got to be the worse McDonalds in Cedar Rapids. Don't recommend this one to anyone. Hire people who can count.

I don't go get breakfast out very often so I heard about the McGriddle from some friends so I thought I would try it. It is very good, however I also ordered a hot chocolate with it. Got back to work and the hot chocolate was like hot white cream. It was disgusting! About 3 weeks later I thought I would try it again. This time the hot chocolate machine was out of order. Today I went again and 3rd time is an out. Got the hot chocolate again (big mistake) this time it was tan in color and had a slight hint of coffee flavoring. Do they not know what hot chocolate is???
One of the friendliest cashiers, my son ordered a happy meal. Chicken nuggets, gentleman handed it right to my my son like he had ordered it himself. Don't remember his name but very cool
Again, as I already knew, HUGE MISTAKE!!! Worst McDonalds in country. Service so bad, no words to describe. Management non-existent. Friend of employee hanging out in dining room. Frontline employee MIA. Person who was just outside having a cigarette walked in, was asked by customer to place an order, didn’t wash hands, tried to take their order, had no idea. Guy taking orders at drive thru rude and unorganized.
