The people working they were super kind and helpful. They helped me find the perfect suit for prom and even ordered in a new jacket when the original didn't fit quite right! I would totally recommend them!
I am a regular customer that visits this location and spends hundreds of dollars on items from this location. I called to ask about measurements and they told me everything was complementary. I got to this location with my list of measurements and they said they were uncommon and couldn't perform the measurements. They wanted me to buy a suit from there and talked nasty when I didn't buy a suit. End result they didn't perform the measurements because I won't buying a suit but that's not what I was told on the phone. I will never ever spend money here again and I hope you don't .
All in all, if you are looking for a tux rental, I would not suggest MW cause the selection is not as vast as the other stores, and they are overpriced in comparison.
Only basing this on customer service, selection, and pricing. Me and my fiance went shopping around to different tux stores so get a idea of the selection, pricing, etc. We went to Holley's which is in the mall right next door to MW and the customer service and knowledge was really good. The price was good for the high end designers, and the tux selection is much more dapper and interesting.
Afterward, we checked out MW, and while the store is CLEARLY larger, the selection is a whole lot of the same kind of stuff. They didn't even have the satin lapel suit we were interested in or anything even remotely similar. What they did recommend, which happened to be the same exact item we considered at the other store, was $20 more than Holley's had advertised. The 21 year old girl who was trying to help us seemed in a hurry and had no idea what she was doing, she didn't have the knowledge base in terms of what works or not, she was just handing us stuff, asking if we liked it. Holley's asked in detail what kind of white my dress was, bridemaids dresses, style we are wearing so they can find the appropriate attire for the men.
Oh my gods... Talk about the best customer service!! Treated as if we descended from Mount Olympus... We could have been the only people in the shop as their sales clerk helped pick out suits in our price range and suggested accessories without being pushy and even went to grab stuff for us to try on... I HIGHLY recommend this store
Demetrius got me in last minute for my suit to be fitted and adjusted for a wedding. Really professional and a life saver. I'd highly recommend them to anyone in the corridor.
Most of all, Holley's doesn't require a down payment to reserve your date, and works around prom season. MW charges a 40$ down payment to reserve your date and was pessimistic cause our day was around prom.
