After I finally found the store I found it pleasant. Things were in disarray but having worked retail myself. I know it's more the customers then the staff. The store is located at the westdale mall so don't bother with the address showing you'll just end up at someone's house.
Told 2 employees that a van was sideways across 3 handycap parking. I use a cane so it is bothersome . Very disappointed, if your employees don't care, I will NOTshpp at a ROSS anywhere
I love this place. Great selection and prices. Merchandise is arranged oddly but not a big deal to me.
