Generally, we enjoyed our first visit - everyone was friendly and the waiting room had a lot of distractions for little ones - one thing I would recommend is if you child has anxieties over dental issues, make sure you talk to the technician and dentist before hand about how they handle that. The exam room is also "open-air", so that may contribute to any sense of embarrassment or concern over child's displays of anxiety.
