I shop here all the time. I go pretty often during late hours. I like shopping later at night since it's more peaceful and quite with just a few employees stocking shelves. When I can't find something, the employees know what they're doing and direct me to the item the quickest way possible. Very polite and very helpful. Sometimes I'll go buy some stuff during the day time hours where more is going on so it get pretty busy. The 1 complaint I have is that they never have enough people on their register/check out lines. I go to self check out when I shop during the day and it's usually a long wait. When I shop for actual groceries at night it's usually a longer wait due to there only being 2 check out lines open. And sometimes at night the self check out machines aren't even open. This place is great, they literally just need more people on registers.
Walmart is always a love and hate relationship. Price are usually decent but customer service is usually lacking. When I enter this store the parking lot had no light which is highly unsafe at the time. Upon me entering I ask the greeter "Do you know what happened?" The answer I received was rude and demeaning. I must say that this is common among most of Walmart stores due to the low pay and under appreciation of worker. If the company care more about their workers maybe customer service would be better.
I shop her frequently. They have good prices. I really like the order on-line option and pick up. It is free to use. It is convenient to Sams Club, right next door. I will say that this Walmart always seems to be busy and at times they don't have enough checkers. If you want to check out quickly, go through the self checkout line.
If you need to go to a Walmart, this is a pretty good option.
However, this one is actually one of the nicer ones I've visited. The store was clean and organized, the couple of staff interactions I had (asked where to find something, and checkout) were pleasant.
It's a typical Walmart. Crowded parking lot, crowded store, interesting and sometimes crazy experience.
I love and prefer the Walmart/Blairs Ferry station and the stores that enjoy sharing commercial operations with such a popular public sales magnet. They're a multi-task, multi-service store operation. They've even started their holiday lay-a-way systems in October! Their prices is what keeps them ahead of being beaten by the phone/computer sales shipping industry. Many love Wal-Mart and can prove so many reasons.
