If there was less than 1 star I would give it... In August ‘17 I went to have my wedding bands and engagement ring redesigned. We met with a jewler who in town special for custom designs and worked with him to design a beautiful ring. They said it would take 6 weeks. After follow ups with clueless people on the other line I got nowhere till 10 weeks later I was informed that they had lost the finished ring (days before we were supposed to renew our vows). After weeks of dealing with CS I was offered a small refund and for them to remake my design with their own supplies - they said it would be done in a few weeks only for them to continue to push back this timing. Recently I had demanded to speak to the district manager who seems to be calling the shots but not have the guts to call me personally. I am STILL waiting for anything at this point. But no ring, no call back and no refund of any sort. I highly recommend that people do NOT go to Rogers or any related jewelry store. This is ridiculous how they have handled everything.
My husband ordered one band at one time then a year later bought the other band. It ended up getting discontinued however, they did not tell us that so after staring at my wedding ring for months I finally took it in to ask them to look at it. They confirmed they were different bands, sizes, and ring size. They wanted to "make us happy" so they ordered two new bands to swap out the mismatched bands (mind you this is my wedding band and band my husband got while over seas) they put it together and it looked horrible! Huge gaps between all the rings and the soldering job wasn't the greatest. We ended up going to their expose they recently had to possibly get another ring but more than anything just wanted what we had fixed. There was no empathy in the situation, I didn't feel like they cared that there was a mistake made on their end they just wanted another sell. We ended up going across the way at Lindale and purchased from a different Jewelry store. On top of all of that they wanted us to repurchase the warranty's and pay the difference in the bands since the second set of bands was a little more expensive. None of this would have been an issue if they were up front with us about the different bands. My husband talked with the manager and she ended up giving us the warranties for the bands and didn't charge us for the "upgrade" so that was great however, if they showed a little more compassion to the issue and didn't try to push another sell on us we would never have left.
It wasn't a good experience. I was looking for a engagement ring for my now fiancee before leaving for basic training for the army and they didn't take me seriously at all. Made it very uncomfortable and felt like they looked down on me.
I decided to buy my girlfriend a promise for Christmas and was ready to buy that day with cash in hand. After I decided on the ring ($600) I was ready to pay. I was presented with a great opportunity that I could put it on credit and not pay interest for 5 years! No brainer! So I proceeded with that option even though it sounded too good to be true. The gal said "you can even come back within the next 5 years and purchase more with no interest" i said, wow what a great deal! 6 months later I get hit with 25% interest rates and no way to hold the sales rep accountable. The credit card company shows me in the VERY SMALL fine print that the "promo" ended in June and informs me I can send a letter for disput. Moral of the story is, don't accept a verbal agreement from anyone in this organization. Scandalous!
We’ve been very happy in the past with service for our wedding rings and customer service but sadly I took my wedding ring in recently and it ended up needing repaired every time we’ve called to check on estimate they have a different answer and very short and rude and feel like maybe they have lost my ring which obviously I am upset and missing I’m tired of being stonewalled and I can assure you that I will be sharing my bad experience with everyone, so stay away from Rogers.
