SUMMARY: Between avoiding my calls, not living up to their own policies, and not being able to clean more than one shirt at a time, it's safe to say that I will be taking my business somewhere else from now on.
The third time I dropped the shirt off, I brought in another shirt with it. When I picked up the shirt with the missing button, they informed me that the other shirt was "still in process". After calling for over a month and them telling me it is still "in process" or avoiding my calls. It turns out that they lost the shirt. I am being reimbursed in full for the shirt, but I would have liked to pay $2 to have it cleaned instead of going out to buy a new one.
I would not recommend their service to anyone. First, a button fell off my shirt. Their policy is to attach a note to the shirt, and they will repair it for free. I had to send the shirt back 3 times with three different notes attached in various ways to ensure they wouldn't miss it. Shirt came back three times with the button still missing.
Also I ask for double heavy starch everytime and my shirts come back feeling like they were soaked in downy and tumbled with 20 drier sheets.
Absolutely horrible dry cleaning service. The second to last time I used them I forgot a condom was in my suit jacket and they pressed it leaving a blatantly obvious circle with a nice touch of burnt starch around the ring. The last time I used them my slacks came back with a gigantic water stain on them. Not even salvageable and I had to throw them away.
My clothes were not done when I was told that they would be, and when I got them back they did not smell good.
Fast, thorough service. Competitive rates. Professional results.
Thoroughly disappointed with my experience. They've been around forever and others in my family have used their services before, so I figured it was a safe bet. Unfortunately not the case. Terrible time dropping off my eight items (had to repeat myself several times), they don't call/notify you when items are done (they just tell you to come back after 5:30 - when they close at 6 - on a certain day), they lost a piece of my order and I had to come back the next day, and I get home to find that the entire reason I paid $100+ to get my items dry cleaned wasn't even addressed (one of my items came back with a huge stain and crusted over). Terribly disappointed...
