Servicemaster 380 was very responsive after my sump pump failed on me. Their employees were very hardworking and make my restoration run so smoothly. They knew what pictures and paperwork my insurance adjuster needed to file my claim. I would recommend this company.

Good workers but very poor business side of the organization
These guys came to the rescue when my water line broke. They were professional, curtious, and worked well as a team to get in and out while doing a great job! This is the 1st time I've used their service and will again if the time ever arises. Good luck on the news tonight Ryan!
Then their service guy said this was a good job, probably around $2,000 for the work that was done.
Very professional and prompt. From the time I dialed the number until the time they showed up at my door it was only 45 minutes. They stayed until late at night tearing down drywall, tearing up floors, and doing whatever it took to make everything right. Excellent job!
So all the work not done dropped it $50. It made it under $3,200 but hard to believe with all the work not done, it saved $50.
Get an estimate in writing and don't sign anything until you have that.
My estimate was no more than $3200. After the work was done the bill was $3150 which was under the estimate. However when you look at the details. the esimtate included removal of two cabinets (not done), holes in the wall to dry (not done) move a 1 foot stereo cabinet (not done), monitor over the weekend ( only done one day of the two), remove toilet to get the vinyl floor out (not done) and remove carpet tack strip from across the lower level (not done).
