After a few failed attempts and bad experiences from other realtors, I was put in touch with Denise at GHST. She was one of the most, if not the most amazing and hard working individuals, I have ever worked with in any dealing. I work non-traditional work hours and she was available for me, any time, day or night. She is top notch in her profession any my experience went WAY above and beyond my expectations. I truly appreciate everything she did, you at GHST have one of the best realtors in the business and should never let her go!
Looked into using them to sell my home, but it didn't work out. I did appreciate Mike being upfront and honest (not common traits with realtors). So I had a good opinion of them. But I just had an interaction with Nick (also realtor at Graf) and he came across as an arrogant jerk (stereotypical realtor) so I am now not sure what to think of Graf...
