We hired Nate to help us sell our home, which needed to happen in a very timely manner since we were moving across the country for a job change. Nate was such a huge blessing to our family during the entire process. We could tell right away that he has many, many years of experience and that he knew the market! He made sure we understood what was happening each step of the way and was very quick to answer any questions we had for him. He helped us evaluate and think through what we needed to do in the interior and exterior of our home in order to draw in the most amount of possible buyers for showings. He was very respectful of our family and handled showings with the utmost professionalism and kindness, eagerly working with our schedule. In addition, we saw him as an advocate, negotiating boldly on our behalf. We were very pleased that we had his expertise and highly recommend his services!
To highlight a great part of the experience: I know that Nate recognized what we liked about our house when we bought it 5 years ago. He understood the features that would help sell it to the next owner. I imagine that if I were buying a house, he'd know exactly what features I'd be looking for. He guided us through the process and gave his feedback but always made sure we knew we had the final say and he was behind us no matter what that say was.

Nate came to our house and helped us figure out what needed to be done to get the house on the market and sold in a time frame that worked for us. He guided us through the process in a kind and caring way. We ended up accepted an offer within a week of listing the house on the market! Also during this time he was sending us information about houses in Cedar Rapids and set up showings for us. He showed us several houses and helped us see things about the houses we may not have noticed on our own. He never pushed us to make a decision or to go above our price range. This was different from my previous experience with realtors. When we found our dream house, he guided us through the process of buying the house. We were very thankful to have him. Even after both closing days, he stayed in touch and was available for any questions we may have had after the sale. If we ever buy or sell again, Nate will be our realtor.
