This location seems to be about average as far as KFC's go. Our extra tasty crispy chicken was a bit dry, but was at least flavorful.
The food is KFC, so it is usually pretty good. Service is the above average, but it's consistently outdone by a mile by Chick fil a, which I hate to say. It's not the employees, it's the franchisee/management.
The lord is my shepherd, KFC knows what I want, very friendly atmosphere, fast , and I don't know what seasonings they put in their chicken but it's a million times better than Rochester MN or any other part of Iowa, if I don't come back in the next couple of days then it would be to far away... Absolutely love this location, came in at 8pm on the dot and I just loved the greeting that I got from the young lady, she definitely put a smile on my face...
Lobby closes at 9. Walked up to buy food to go to eat at the laundromat next door. Doors were locked. Called inside, the girl said she was going to see what her manager had to say. Got hung up on.
39 cent charge for using cards is archaic and confusing. Menu is bizarre; even though I won't touch the drink, won't eat the cookie, and usually won't eat the biscuit, the combo that includes that is still the cheapest way to buy it. What a waste. The 5$ fill ups make everything else not worth considering. Why not just have logical pricing?
Used to go to this location all the time but never will again. Went through drive through we ordered and after paying for the food and already waiting a long time they tell us they had no dark meat. We could of waited but as we were already running behind and had a sick kitty we took what they had. Got home and all the chicken strips and extra crispy was dried from sitting their for so long. They did not offer our money back and no replacement and no apology. Was quit a while before we even went to any KFC and if I am in the area I now will choose popeyes over kfc.
In the past this location has always seemed very slow, but the last couple times it has been a little bit quicker.
