Absolutely awful. There is no sense of urgency, no respect for people’s time, absolutely no compassion and you have to ask a million questions to understand what’s going on because they won’t tell you. They will try to slip it all by in hopes you don’t catch anything as your bill climbs.. and climbs.. and climbs. 2.5 hours and waaayyuy too much money to be told my dog had diarrhea.
Great place, everyone was super nice and super honest. But above all helpful and tons of experience! After my dog was shot, everyone was calm and collected and very smooth.
These guys were spectacular!!! Everyone from front desk to techs, nurses, and doctors truly care about your pet and you as well. They know you pet is a loved one. They treat them with kindness and as if they are their own. It was well worth the cost because the staff works 24 hrs to make their patients well and healthy.
They are great people and they will give you as much help as you need for your fur babies.
Very kind and friendly staff. Very compassionate. Only thing I didn't like was that they were more focused on ruling out different things instead of actual diagnosing.
