THE STAFF AND DR. PETERSEN ARE VERY FRIENDLY. THEY TAKE THE TIME TO EXPLAIN THINGS AND ANSWER QUESTIONS. I WILL RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYONE.
We always have such a good experience at Petersen Pet Hospital. All four of the vets on staff and the vet techs are extremely professional and kind. They give a personal touch and remember things you've told them, even if it's been six months to a year since they've seen you! We know our pup and our two kitties are in such good hands when we take them here! Highly recommend!
Petersen is the best vet I have went to so far and I am so excited to continue going to this practice my elder chihuahua mix has many dental needs and they are very honest and detailed in how to proceed with her as well as they are with my 12 week old chihuahua mix all my questions were answered and quotes were given every step of the way and nothing was added to my bill without my asking me first they are very caring and gentle can’t wait to see there new location in 2018 :)
My daughter and I brought her 18 month old dog to Petersen Pet Hospital for the first time, and from check-in to check-out, the service was outstanding and the staff was very kind and caring. The office was clean and comfortable. The doctor was kind and very thorough in checking the dog. It was also great to have them call back and check on how the dog is doing. I highly recommend them.
I take both of my cats here for general care/check-ups/emergencies. Dr. Saunders is super nice and is very sweet to my kitties. I've had other doctors take care of my cats when she is not available, and they are all very nice too! The receptionists are so polite, they open the door for me when I leave because one of my cats is kind of heavy. They really care about my pets and make sure to explain very thoroughly how and when to give medicine to my cats when they're sick. I love this place. It's very clean and bright. No bad pet smells unlike other pet hospitals. I definitely recommend taking your pets here.
