CLK Dealer Services has computer diagnostic capability for cars that easily matches the dealerships, but is much more affordable. They gave me straightforward information and took the time to put it in terms I could understand. I highly recommend them for these reasons. They are hidden a bit at the west edge of CR, but it's worth the drive.
Best place for electrical fixes
Two other shops couldn't figure out the multiple issues my vehicle was experiencing. Only a couple of hours after dropping the vehicle off at CLK, my vehicle was fixed, and for less money than I was expecting. The dealership wanted to charge me over $1400 for new wheel hubs, which wouldn't even have fixed the issue. The actual problem was a $50 ignition switch. I'm a happy customer.
They were rude, scoffed if you had a question. Treated you like you were stupid and were supposed to know the answer. Acted like it was a chore to come out and look at your car. Terrible customer service. Clearly by their response to another customers review states how they don't care. I expect to get the same type of response from them. Sad experience cause I was recommended to go there.
