The staff and service at Ream was amazing! They were so easy to work with and they went above and beyond to provide top notch customer service. The whole process was quick and easy and they did a fantastic job! I would definitely recommend them!
Whole team is very knowledgeable and friendly. Dale is by far the most honest and knowledgeable mechanic I have ever been to. I've had mechanics in 5 different cities in Iowa, (Des Moines and Cedar falls being two of these)and none come close. They will treat you, and your vehicle, very well.
I had a small rust spot on a 2015 car. The owner looked at it, and gave me an assesment, and told me a better solution I can do myself without having to do a lot of work.
I had a couple of rusty spots on my car - one from a rock that hit and dented my car right above the wheel and another tiny spot on my trunk. Ream Auto Body quoted me just under $1800 to fix both spots. To give you some perspective, I went to McGrath Collision first for an estimate and they quoted me almost $4000 for the same work. Ream Auto did a fantastic job - my car looks brand new. Scott was really easy to work with. I definitely recommend them!
Outstanding customer experience! I stopped by to have them assess a noise my passenger side door had started to make after it was last serviced (in San Diego), and provide a quote for repair. They quickly determined the issue AND had it fixed, in minutes, and FOR FREE! Since I was there, I had them change my wiper blades as well. Fast, friendly service. And since it was Valentine's Day, I walked out the door with a lovely long-stemmed red rose - nice touch!
They key is, they are HONEST. He also provided me with a couple small tools to fix the problem. That is respectable of a company. Trust.
