Failed to deliver purchased washer and dryer on multiple occasions. Purchased units a month in advance and they notified me the day of delivery that they did not have my units. Rescheduled delivery and they were a no-show. Waited all day. They blamed "the slow boat from China." Delivery manager a real POS. Will never go to Lowes again. Went to Menards, much happier.

Misinformation at paint counter on cost. Shortage of open registers, 5 people in one open line. Half of Self check registers Out of order. Scanning of paint Barcode led to double charge even with cashier assisting. She couldn't fix it, had to go to customer service for remedy. Same story every time at Lowe's. Get a management staff that knows what is going on, or shut it down.
Standing at the service counter I am positive I would have gotten better service and a quicker answer to my question if while standing there I called the service counter.
Bought as refrigerator 1 month ago, called customer service , they said they were trying to reach me, but they called a wrong number. They say that my fridge can be delivered only on February 9, 2018. It would be 3 months of my money blocked by Lowes.An employee by name Tyra said she cannot deliver, so she was going to return my money, or I can pick any item to subatitute. She said she cannot price match now.I will not shop at Lowes again!
If you really want something you need to go to Menards.. It seems as though every time I go there they are always out of it or they simply don't carry it. If buying appliances never expect them to carry even the simplest of repair pieces.
