I have been completely taken advantage of and mistreated since my first encounter with my local Home Depot. I bought a grill from them the week before Mother's Day. I was told it could be assembled and ready in 48 hours. This put it at Thursday. I requested a pick up on Saturday instead because I did not want my mom to see her gift so early in the week as this was all I was getting her. I came back Saturday after work and they brought the grill up to pick up...still in the box. I was furious! They looked up in the system and couldn't figure out why the grill was not assembled. They said they would assemble it after the holiday. This was unacceptable. The customer service lady was extremely helpful. She went around and around the store trying to find the same grill on display for me to take. After about 40 minutes they brought a grill up from the back and loaded it into my truck. When I got home, I unloaded it and thought that it was all over. Wrong. The next morning I went out to bring it around to the front of the house and noticed it was dented on top, covered in dust and the lid would not close correctly because of a bent grate on the inside of the grill. I was so embarrassed to give this grill as a gift. I called the store and was told I would be sent a form to fill out to have the grill replaced along with $75 back for the inconvenience. (The grill was $180!) okay. I accepted. I went to the store and was refunded $50 and told that's all they originally said. I asked for a manager and the associate refused to call one and said I should have "my ducks in a row better than I do. Finally, another associate called a manager for me. The manager then said I declined the offer to a replacement grill and he's no longer offering it. So...we're stuck with a broken grill. I wish I would have went to else where when the grill was not ready. Or better yet, went somewhere else to begin with. I will not be shopping at Home Depot again.
Great selection of everything. Only place for Ryobi tools so I go here often. Best selection of tile you will get at a big box hardware store. Knowledgeable staff.

When I came to the store and the gentleman at the front of the store took me to the windows section I was greeted by the men working there. They listened patiently while I described what I needed and when they did not find what they thought would help they called a screen place for me. I was walking out when yet another staff asked me what I was looking for, he directed me to someone at the front register and he said he knew they had what I needed so back to work dows and the guys looked again......voila.....we found a screen that was very close to what I was looking for
