Rooms were very clean and the staff were very hospitable.. I look forward to our next stay at the Roadeway Inn!! Loved the continental breakfast too!!
It was my first day to visit this hotel. It is a good economical place. They have good staff. Danielle is the most wonderful front desk lady who will meet you with a big awesome welcome smile as you walk in. Very loving and she will explain everything to you in details while trying to cheer you up.
I have enjoyed my stay here greatly! Danielle was the definition of "customer service SUPERB". Any issues or requests I had during my stay; Danielle took care of with World Class Grade Customer Service! This is a hotel that I will refer others to. I have found my stay here exceptionally clean, well cared for and updated. AAA+++
We were very pleased with the service, the room was clean. Located in a good area with a lot of restaurants nearby. We would stay again if traveling to cedar rapids
upon arriving the front desk people were rude and very when we would asked for a room on the 1st floor for our mom (she has trouble going up &down the steps)we got a flat no,the rooms and hallways smelled of smoke.when entering the room it was cold.we went to put good away and the drip pan for the refrigerator was digesting there was water and mold floating in it.the laundry room was ice cold ,the washer after 2 washes still did not rinse out the soap. we are clean people and we cleaned our 4ooms no matter where we stay and the acted as though we offended them by doing so, at 200.00 for 2 nights is bull for the crappy service and disrecpt to my 71 yr old mom .this is the drip pan out of fridge
