Best price and quality in town!
ZERO stars for the overall service of this company. Ordered a king size bed, head board and foot board, waited almost 2 weeks for it. They called and set up a delivery appointment. 45 minutes prior to the appointed time, I get another call from the delivery service saying they can't deliver for two more days.
Don't buy from these people. Bad quality beds!!! I got a bed almost 2 years ago and it has a 2 huge dips in the bed that started 9months ago and you can feel the coils dig into your back. I have been trying to get them to cover the warranty and the first time they took my call and got information of type of bed and they don't even carry this type of bed anymore! RED FLAG!!!! They said they would search for the reciept due to they NEVER gave me one! They were in a rush to leave the store that night. They never called me back and have been avoiding the issue. So I may be dropping the mattress off in front of there store with a nice sign on it. So people can beware to buy from these people. I spent at least $500 on this bed. I should have paid the xtra $200 to $300 on at a more reliable and professional store!!!
Salesman refused to go any lower than sticker price and when I told him the other location had already quoted a lower price he got an attitude about being called out on it.
DO NOT BUY FROM THESE PEOPLE!
Went to the Wiley Blvd store and spoke to the sales person, who was clueless, and no help at all. He claimed to have called his boss, but no help. I am canceling the order and going to Slumberland or Mattress Firm, or ANYWHERE but ValuMaxx! These people need to get their act together!
Friendly staff and great prices. They have a comfort exchange policy that is second to none. I left here knowing more about mattresses than I ever thought I could,
