Bought a Sealy mattress and needed to return it...Sealy contacted JB Hunt who contacted me to set up a time. They tell YOU the date and say they can't even give a four hour window. SO I wait an entire week and have to wait ALL DAY and they will call you 30 minutes before they arrive. So no one shows and I call around 4:30 to see what happened. The person setting up the appt. screwed up and my order wasn't "pushed thru". She gives me another date five days away and I ask if there's any way I can get at least an estimated time of day...she says I needed to call 24 hrs before and CONFIRM THEIR DATE and then they will give me a two hour window. At that point I lost it because obviously the service reps were giving out two different processes. I ask to talk to a manager. She holds to the date and doesn't acknowledge the fact her people are saying two different things. Absolutely terribly trained individuals working there...totally unreliable company! I contacted Sealy and begged them to use someone else!!
