I was very happy with my POD Moving and Storage . I wish I could have the same kind of service from Two Men and a Truck that receive from your company. I would not have any one use their company. For $ 720 dollars I felt cheated the men who did the extra moving didn't know what they were doing. Our furniture was ruin and not packed well. Teenages could have done a better job. It was worst thing that happen on our moving
Charge extra to deliver your items if it is not within whatever distance they feel is "appropriate." There were a couple other families uploading their PODS because of similar issues. They wanted an EXTRA $450 to deliver one of two pods and could not guarantee delivery of the second at the same time and price because it was 15 miles farther away. I will never move with PODS.
We had a wonderful experience with Pods! They came when they said they would, they were pleasant to work with, and they were very clear about the cost. Would definitely refer them to anyone interested in storage.
My experience with Pods was excellent from my first phone call through the whole experience. I only had to call and talk to the two agents in Cedar Rapids if I had a concern or wanted to change a date and they were always able to work with me and always were able to do as I had wanted. And they were always were very friendly and pleasant to me. I would use it again if I ever decide to move again.
