Number for UHaul on the key drop box doesn't work, and hours posted are also in correct. Seems to have the same hours as the dealership its connected to FWIW
Just called to reserve a truck. The gentleman answered the phone. I said that I was looking to see if he had any trucks available this Saturday. To which he replied; I'm eating lunch, call me back in 1/2 hour. I was a bit shocked and hesitantly said Ok. To which he replied; What am I not allowed to eat? To which I said; No that isn't it I am just surprised that he would answer the phone during his lunch break. He said; Don't call me back, call someone else.
Good prompt service. Just what I needed when I needed it. Acceptable and expected cost.
Very unprofessional and rude. I too work for a company; I tend not to answer my office phone when I'm on break and can't respond to customer calls.
Was not very pleased with the service from here. Had requested to be able to do a self pickup, however, they told me “they didn’t have time” to get that ready for my reservation I’d made 6 weeks early. Rather disappointed to say the least and will certainly use a different UHaul location next time.
Was open Sunday morning. Had the trailer I needed and took great care of my rental needs
