Drive thru is closed most of the time. Portion sizes smaller than they should be. Workers forget to give you teriyaki sauce and sweet and sour sauce even after asking for it.
worst experience ever. they're always out of stuff takes 15 minutes through the drive through. who puts teriyaki sauce on the chicken then stuffs it in a cardboard box to leak everywhere in my car!ask them for a bowl to put the entire in they say no. like come on!? seriously?
I don't usually write reviews but my husband likes to come here often. In the past couple months they've screwed up my order several times or gave me something completely different. The last time they gave me plain beef and broccoli and this time I got some for my mom and her sauce tastes like the completely wrong one. I loved coming here for the longest time but have been very disappointed lately!
