In response to tabatha's 1 star , yes you do have to wait week or little more but its because daves workmanship is the best and is very reasonable thats why they always have full schedule! Ive had problems with roof leaking , 2 years old any roofer says they can get you in 2morrow is slow becuase there skills suck.. anyone good there is a wait unfortunately, but in my experience i want it done right 1st time rather then have people come out take my money and state they will be back if doesnt fix problem and not return and keep my money. Then im stuck paying some one else again. Dave comes back if problem isnt fixed. Keeps his word and runs legitimate roofing business. Alot jokers out there now days know nothing and just take money.. daves only one who could fix my roof problem properly 1st time.. my girlfriends parents in corlville had same problem roofers installed new roof and leaked and didnt stand by work and had several people out looking at it and paid them , daves only one who fixed problem out 8 companys. Affordable knows there stuff and is proffessional
4 calls to the phone # from their website and two arranged visits for them to assess our siding problem. Both time they did not show. Between 1st and 2nd they called back to say they'd never spoken to me in the first place so I gave them the benefit of the doubt. Now I just believe they are incredibly unorganized and don't write down appointments.
Any business can place "Pro" in there name, doesn't mean much.
I purchased a nice house that they did entire roofing couple months ago after hail damage to shingles. Now moving into first week, after a short spell of rain, water dripped from an electrical fixture from roof extending in the first floor towards my kitchen. I called them, they taped the flashing stating that it must be storm that pushed water through ridge vent. Couple months later, with this spell of rain, Another fixture in my kitchen just dropped hard to the hard wood floor after water accumulation. It flooded my kitchen. I called them and hope they can find the issue this time. My two electrical fixtures are gone and my hardwood floor exposed to water. Also, my ceiling drywall soaked and insulation inside the attics is soaked as well. I am suspecting the ridge vent, but the contractor is pointing toward the siding or building issue. Again, while this issue is still waiting to be resolved, I am sitting nervous that next spell of rain will flood my house again. Hope they take care of the business. Sitting tight at this point, but I will take legal counsel if this problem is not resolved asap. Depending upon response from roofer/seller, I will post an update.
They did a Wonderful job. Hard working even in the oppressive heat last summer. Clean and efficient. Would recommend them to everyone I know
When purchasing a home, I asked the seller to utilize this company due to the great reviews. After 5 business days of the initial conversation with Dave to have his crew follow through with the estimate provided, I still have yet to hear from him.
I suppose it's time I start looking elsewhere, it's a shame for him, and my home, I hope she holds up with the week worth of rain starting tomorrow.
