It was done in one day and the clean-up was well handled. I would recommend you to other people. We were happy with the job!!

Once I decided on getting a full replacement, they showed up and finished the work in less than a day. Not only is the work high quality, but they were careful to clean up afterwards - I haven't seen a single nail or piece of shingle anywhere around the house.

I was very fortunate to have several days of heavy and light rain starting at the end of the installation. It gave me an opportunity to inspect the attic for leaks and I couldn't find anything damp on the inside. If you're going to have leaks most likely it's going to be immediately after the install or many years down the road. So the fundamental reason for having a roof and shingles appears to be 100% good.

I had initially called Tri-County to do some repairs on my roof. Once it became clear that repairs were half the cost of a new roof, and it would be difficult, if not impossible, to match the shingles, they suggested a full roof replacement may be a better choice. They weren't trying to upsell me; they were legitimately looking out for my peace of mind and the value a new roof would have over a patched roof should I sell the house.

To sum up. I'd recommend Tri-County. They're a little more but I think it was worth it for their crew's skills.

Their prices are reasonable, their people are great, and their work is excellent.

My wife and I used them to install Gerard Granite Ridge metal shingles on our 45 square ranch roof as a deck install. This type of roof requires a different skill set to install then standard asphalt shingles since the shingles are metal. I definitely wouldn't want to use an inexperienced or corner cutting crew for this since there's a lot of critical details going on out of sight and I think the finish work is less forgiving then asphalt. If you get any of these wrong you're going to have serious issues sooner or later.

We are fully satisfied with the job done. Professional and organized..

Some final thoughts on Tri-County. They kept a very clean work site. We had one day where it was pretty windy and some stuff blew into my woods and my neighbors woods. They tracked all the garbage down and got rid of it. No one had to ask them or tell them. They also did a nice job policing up their equipment, excess materials and nails every night so my place didn't look like crap even in the middle of the project and I was 90% confident I wouldn't pick up a nail in my tires. All of the employees spoke fluent english so it was easy for me to ask questions. They were all very nice and polite.

This roof was more expensive. It's more time consuming to install and requires more skilled and semi-skilled labor. I'm willing to pay for quality work and a quality product. It's too soon for me to say the product is quality but if there is an issue I won't be blaming it on Tri-County's install since I verified they followed the manufacturers instructions.

Good experience start to finish. Good materials. Friendly people. Quality work.

I love the roof! It was great experience from start to finish. Very professional crew that did a great job with cleaning up when they finished.

I'm very pleased with their installation. I've had bad experiences over the years with some contractors in my job, the military, and other home improvement projects so the first thing I did was go to Gerard's website and read the installation manuals and watched the installation training videos while I was waiting for our install date. Every day during the project I would spot check the crew's work when they went to lunch and when they went home for the night. I couldn't find any place where they cut corners. I've seen other contractors cut corners in areas as simple as not putting in the proper number of nails/screws. I once had a drywall crew wall a computer up inside a wall instead of asking to move it. Everything that I spot checked was installed to the manufacturer's installation recommendations and requirements (in some areas they exceeded the manufacture's recommendations). The actual roof looks great. If you didn't know it was steel you would think it's just standard asphalt shingles.
