Today I went in to get dry needling. I have been trying everything I can to rid my lower back pain. I had heard a lot about dry needling but just didn't know if it was for me, so I thought let's give it a shot. I went into see Dr. Huber today extremely tired due to lack of sleep from my lower back pain. I was absolutely blown away of the relief I got from his dry needling treatment. I was really skeptical of the fact I was hearing one and done kind of treatment. But I could barely move from side to side or even lean back. This was becoming my normal, from extreme tight muscles. I literally could move in ways I couldn't in YEARS! I'm not going to candy cover it, it most definitely wasn't my favorite treatment as it was a bit painful receiving the needles but I knew it was due to extreme muscle tightness. I am also a bit tender as the night has came but more like an workout tenderness. I just couldn't believe I got this much movement out of ONE treatment!!! Thank you from the bottom of my heart Dr. Huber you just can't even fathom how wonderful today was for me at work. This was the first day in the last 3 years of being a massage therapist that I came home from work and I wasn't so stiff and in pain as I have so many nights!
