3 ER visits and we are done with Mercy ER! From beginning to end, awful and uncaring staff. No “Mercy Touch” here!
Rude inattentive to patients
I have been to Mercy ED many times for a variety of issues to include heart and kidney disease and each ad every time I have been treated like someone special. The staff is very knowledgeable professional yet very caring and compassionate. I have had many procedures there from cardiac catheters, lab work, all kinds of radiology to rehabilitation and have always felt right at home like I was with friends. Wouldn't go anywhere else.
Overall, they do very good work taking care of people in the emergency room. The last time I was there, I was suffering traumatically with kidney stones. And I had to be put in a room because I was getting sick Etc. They were able to accommodate me even though the room the ER was full.
