Recovery from fractured vertebra was slow and painful and friend suggested physical therapy after a great experience with these folks. In 2 months I've gone from being in pain walking, standing, sitting, and sleeping propped up by pillows on couch to being able to move with very little pain, able to sit for several hours pain free, and able to sleep in a bed again. Becky Barcliff has been wonderful, helping me strengthen my core while protecting my healing spine. I can't say enough about the difference she has made in my quality of life.
