I'm kinda mad they told me 2 weeks for my furniture now it's 4 to 6
This company does the worst business in town. Even the store manager has no respect for the customers. Make my first payment on a sectional and it took them over 1 week to deliver it to my house 2 miles away... I ended up picking it up myself. The sticking on the couch was coming undone and they said there was nothing that they could do. The manager was arguing and interrupting me on the phone. I will never go back to the store. If you need a rent to own store like this, I would highly recumbent going to Rent-a-Center.
Very helpful and understanding, there staff is excellent from top to bottom and very friendly. I would recommend them to anyone.
