This store is no longer a good place to go, I have been going to that store for about a month after they opened this store. Well the good staff I feel was chased out of there and with the new and rude staff it's a joke to go in that he'll hole anymore. That Matt guy ya he is the manager of the store what a joke!!! He told me if don't like what I have them go some where else! He stated you have no contact with sprint so just leave and good luck some where else he said as I as leaving and one of his staff members thought this was funny and laughing as I was leaving. I have called and ask to get a corporate number and I have been given the wrong number 3 times and each number was different that they gave me, Matt gave me 2 different phone numbers and they where both different he then told me that I was not paying attention to the details that he gave me. How did I not listen? The 1st number started as 1877 the other number was a 1800 I even repeated my self to you to confirm I have the right number the 1st time, well today is Saturday and I'm going to get a hold of the people that run the sprint store at Mall
The service was amazing and the manager Matt went above and beyond to make sure our questions and concerns were answered. With a witty and hilarious attitude Matt made sure that everyone who entered the store was greeted with a smile and helped in a timely manner. This store is a must if you have any questions about your service or upcoming new devices. This store is Magic!!!
I will not go back to this store or even to sprint.

Sprint service sucks all around. Come in to pay your overpriced bill for awful connection. Stand in the store for almost 2 hours. Terrible experience.
